Managed Services · SLA-based

From reactive support to a managed operating model.

We run your infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, Microsoft 365, network and security — so your team can focus on the business, not the tickets.

Not just support

A complete managed operating model.

Most environments are supported in fragments — a helpdesk here, a backup job there, and no one accountable when something fails. A managed model replaces that with clear ownership: a baseline for availability, security, response, patching, backup health and user support, reviewed and improved on a cycle rather than left to drift.

Monitor

Infrastructure, cloud, backup, endpoint and security health watched continuously — so a problem raises an alert while it is still small, not after it has taken the business offline.

Support

A clear remote and on-site support path for your people, with defined response times, escalation, and one team that knows your environment by name.

Secure

Email, endpoint, network and identity hardened to a documented baseline, with security monitoring and reporting built into the service rather than sold as an afterthought.

Improve

Monthly and quarterly service reviews that turn technical health into risks, actions and roadmap decisions — reducing the recurring issues that quietly drain a team.

Service models

Choose the level of cover the environment needs.

Prices are not fixed, because a fair quote depends on users, sites, support hours and add-ons. These models show scope and maturity — the number comes after an assessment.

Questions

Managed IT, answered.

What are managed IT services?+

A proactive, outsourced model where we monitor, support, secure and manage your infrastructure, users, endpoints, cloud, email, backups and network under defined service levels — instead of waiting for something to break.

Why move from break-fix to managed?+

Break-fix pays someone to arrive after the damage is done. A managed model pays for the damage not to happen — predictable support, faster response, better uptime and security visibility, for a predictable monthly cost.

How is the price set?+

There is no single fixed price, because scope depends on users, devices, sites, support hours, cloud workloads and security needs. We assess the environment first, then quote against a defined scope — so you compare our offer against your reality, not a brochure.

Do you provide on-site support?+

Yes — remote and on-site, with L1 to L3 escalation depending on the agreed scope. A resident engineer can be added where an environment needs hands on-site regularly.

What happens if we want to leave?+

Documentation, credentials and runbooks are kept handover-ready from day one, and a defined transition period applies. It is your environment and your data throughout — this is in the contract, not just on the website.
