What does an infrastructure engagement include?+
The consulting, design, build and documentation of the technology foundation a business runs on — networks, Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, servers, storage and the connectivity between them, delivered as a defined project.
Can you design infrastructure for a new office or site?+
Yes — new offices, campuses, branches and full enterprise refreshes. The scope can cover network planning, Wi-Fi coverage, switching, firewalls, servers and cutover, sequenced to keep the business running throughout.
How is this different from Managed Services?+
This is the build: we design and deploy the infrastructure and hand it over documented. Managed Services is the run: monitoring, patching, backup and support afterwards. You can take the build and run it yourself, or have us run it — the design does not lock you in either way.
Do you design security into the build?+
Always. Segmentation, firewall policy, secure access and server hardening are part of the architecture from day one, not bolted on after go-live. Security applied afterwards is always weaker and more expensive.
